My grandchildren who live in another state were the recipiants and I havent heard if they have started the crystal growing yet. They may be waiting until the next school holidays to have a go. They were very excited to receive a parcel in the mail addressed to them.

Incredible Inflatable Aero Dancer
By: Emma on 28 October - Verified CustomerBought this for my nephew and it is rubbish. Doesn’t have enough air power to keep the tube (dancer) up and active. As soon as it flips forward it gets stuck and doesn’t move at all. Despite having three speed settings, it is not effective twice at all. Such a disappointing present.

Hi Emma, So sorry about your experience with this product. We had a play ourselves and noticed that having no excess tube hanging out where it meets the air cannon or giving it a slight tap helped it dance. If the fan part is not spinning fast enough, unclip the cover and check the fan is secure. Using a new 9V battery might help too if you haven't tried that already! As for the settings, there is only an on/off switch but you can allow more or less air using the tab on the top of the air cannon to help it move.

Three Detectives Cryptex

I was creating challenges for my kids every day, over the recent 3 weeks of school holidays. Placed some coins in the cryptex and locked it up. Put clues around the house for a treasure hunt. At the end, the kids had to turn all the clues over and put them together, jigsaw puzzle style to get the code to open the cryptex. The device itself is probably not something you would use time after time, as the paper numbers are a bit flimsy, but hey, it gave my kids 2 hours of entertainment. Winning!!
