Sail away on an exciting marine adventure with the UGears Trimaran Merihobus Sailboat!

Consisting of 237 pieces, your intricate wooden model requires anywhere from 9-16 hours to assemble.

And, just like all Ugears 3D models, the Trimaran is made with high-grade natural wood materials.

Just like a 3D jigsaw, the unique skeleton-like design is assembled without any glue, and allows you to view the inner workings of your model.

Your kit has everything you need for assembly including winches, rigging, hulls and several templates for the flag of the ship!

Create your own design and use the winch to hoist it up the mast!

Practice steering the rudder blade using the connected ropes, and set sail just like on a real Trimaran!

The sails are made of real white fabric and can be set or taken down, depending on the wind condition and tide.

Learn how to operate the sail booms, angle the sails and drop anchor using the automatic-tensioning mechanism!

Your model also features hanging rescue lifeboats on the side of the yachts body with on-load releasing systems.

But, don't foget the finishing touch! The tiny Merihobus seahorse carved into the bow of the boat is how your boat got it's name!

You will receive: 237 laser-cut, colour-coded wooden pieces, fabric for the sails and easy to follow instructions in 11 different languages.

The Trimaran arrived today so I haven't started the process of making it but it was great to see it arrived today and it was extremely well packaged. I will be able to spend a lot of time making the model which will keep a 82 year old from getting bored.
