Build your very own wooden moon buggy that is powered by solar energy to kick off your space missions.

The illustrated building guide will help you set it in motion as you learn about lunar exploration and the moon!

There are no batteries required, your rover will happily motor along when placed in direct sunlight.

Clip the parts together using the slots and tabs! A tube of wood glue is included for some, but not all small parts.

Complete with a stowage compartment in the rear and a replica TV camera, the high gain antenna will spin when your rover moves!

Your kit contains: 

  • 175 pieces including laser-cut wooden parts in flat packed sheets
  • A pre-wired solar set with plastic and metal hardware for assembly
  • Wood glue for use where required plus illustrated building instructions

Recommended for ages 8 and up.

Difficulty level: Moderate (3 out of 5 stars) - average build time 4-6 hours.
