Great customer service

After receiving what could be described as a product fault, I reached out and the customer service I recieved was professional, prompt and exemplary! The T-Rex recieved is far superior to the first.

let down

Was truely let down after received this t-Rex. Unfortunately the Dino my son received looks like an albino T-Rex compared to what is shown in the Pics in the advert. No darknes or detail around the eyes, and no contour colour around areas such as the chest eyes mouth and other areas you would expect as in the picture you see now.

Hey Adrian, we had a few albino t-trexs hop into our last shipment.. They just wanted to be included with the rest of their herd. A replacement is on its way to you.

Very good reproduction

A Very good quality reproduction ideal as children’s toy. The colours could be more vivid though and look a bit washed out.
