Now that daylight saving has begun, those evening outdoor training sessions can seem a little bleak! But with these pois, the workouts now have a whole new dimension! I use them to mark cones as well as motivate and challenge balance moves. I am about to try velcro wrist weights for additional resistance. Any other PT ideas, I would love to hear!

These LED poi are a huge hit with my 5 and 10 year old. My husband and I also love them. We pack them with the hula hoops any time we’re heading to the beach or a park at sunset and pull them out for a bit of fun.
