Bring a piece of the Renaissance into your home with the Da Vinci Bombard, a hands-on model inspired by Leonardo’s 15th Century sketches.

This clever little cannon lets you explore history and physics in one fun project.

It’s a great gift for kids who love building, launching things, and learning cool facts about the past!

Made from natural untreated wood, all pieces are pre-cut and ready to assemble.

Once built, this working bombard can launch hollow wooden balls over two metres away using elastic power!

You can adjust the angle with a gear-driven slider to explore how trajectory changes affect distance.

Try different projectiles like foam, foil, wood or fuzzy balls - or add weight to the included openable balls - to see how shape, weight and surface impact flight!

Leonardo da Vinci originally illustrated this design in his Codex Atlanticus, showing exploding cannonballs long before modern cluster bombs.

It’s an engaging STEM kit that teaches you about parabolas and physics while offering a glimpse into da Vinci’s mind as an inventor and military engineer!

With extra elastic bands included, the experiments (and fun) don’t have to end too soon. Blend curiosity, creativity, and action!

Whether it’s for a young history lover or a creative teen who enjoys STEM kits, the Da Vinci Bombard delivers hours of building fun and a big dose of historical wow.

It’s suitable for ages 14 and up, and takes about an hour to complete, making it a great rainy-day project or weekend challenge.
