Located on the Champ de Mars beside the Seine River in Paris, France, the Eiffel Tower is one of the most well-known structures in the world. Originally built in 1889 to commemorate the centenary of the French Revolution, it was named after Gustave Eiffel, whose company was in charge of running the building project.
At 320 metres tall, the Eiffel Tower was the world's tallest tower until it was surpassed 41 years later by the Chrysler Building in New York. It takes around 50 tonnes of paint every 7 years to protect it's steel frame from rust!
Now you can assemble your very own piece of history and display it on the bookshelf in your office, or in your bedroom! It's easy to assemble with no glue or scissors required, and should take no more than 4 hours to assemble! Complete with a number of coloured LED lights to brighten up your display from top to bottom, its just like the real thing!
Simply pop the flat-packed foam pieces out of their backing and use the pre-cut holes to slot the pieces together.
