Tesla's Plasma Ball Lamp shows off an awe-inspiring display of electrical light. It's like lightning in a jar!

Watch as your fingers touch the globe and the filaments interact with you, following your touch and warming your fingertips!

Your lamp, created by Nikola Tesla, works by creating a high frequency, high voltage display inside the safe confines of a clear glass sphere.

It even comes complete with an integrated microphone option, that lets it respond to sound or music beats!

What is a Plasma Lamp and how does it work?

  • A Plasma Lamp is a glass ball filled with a mixture of three noble gases with a high-voltage electrode at its centre.
  • Plasma filaments extend from the electrode to the glass when electricity is supplied, creating fascinating beams of coloured light.
  • When you touch the glass, you create a discharge path with less resistance than the surrounding glass and gases, due to the conductive properties of the human body.

It's the perfect gift for teens and adults. It'll have them, and everyone around them, completely spellbound!

Warning: This lamp is not a toy and should not be placed near sensitive electronic equipment. It is not suitable for people with a pacemaker.

Recommended for ages 8 and up.

Dimensions of ball: 20cm in diameter.

Your globe runs on AC power and has an on/off switch on the plastic base.
