Rokit is the famous precision water rocket used by schools and individuals throughout the world to demonstrate the Laws of Motion! It creates great fun in learning science and is a valuable and visual tool for all levels of science education!
Rokit is safe and easy to assemble and flies over 30 metres high! Attach your Rokit to a standard 1-2L soft drink bottle (not included), part fill with water and use a cycle (or stirrup) pump (not included*) to power it for automatic launch! All bottle and cycle pump connections are universal!
Just like a squid propels itself along by filling it's body with water and ejecting it backwards to move forwards, Rokit uses water as its driving agent and compressed air to provide its energy. There are so many experiments for you to perform!
Because Rokit is a precision water rocket that self-launches at a pre-determined pressure (around 25psi), experiments can be performed over and over again. Our Rokit Experiments Manual demonstrates over 20 activity projects!
Exactly what's included in your kit:
- Rokit Instructions
- Yellow pressure tube and launch support wire
- 3 red tail fins
- A black 'o' ring, rubber nozzle and white screw cap
- Everything you need to attach your Rokit to a bottle!
*Any good quality cycle barrel, track, stirrup, tripod or foot pump with universal connections will work with Rokit. Cycle barrel pumps should be at least 38cms in length.
