If you love constructing wooden steampunk models, this hand-cranked, robot-shaped DIY Music Box is just the thing for you!

Orpheus is an adorable functioning robot that plays a tune and lights up! It’s up to you to assemble him using the step-by-step instructions.

Punch out the pieces and line them up using the tiny part numbers. You will need a steady hand, good eye sight and lots of patience and care!

Stand him up or sit him down with his poseable arms and legs, then crank the handle to hear him play the tune "Cycle of Happiness".

The included electrical components allow you to light up his heart with a bright LED at the press of a button!

Your Robotime Steampunk DIY Music Box Orpheus kit contains:

  • 4 pre-scored plywood sheets and all other parts required for assembly (221 pieces)
  • An LED light, music box and screwdriver
  • Wood glue, sandpaper, tweezers and illustrated instructions

Recommended for ages 14 and up.

Approximate build time: 5-10 hours (difficulty - intermediate).

Requires 2 x A76 button cell batteries for the LED not included (equivalent to AG13 or LR44).
