This is the second time that I've made purchases from coolthings.com.au and I've been very pleased on both occassions. The clock is exactly as I expected and I was very impressed with the wrapping they organised for free too! Thank you so much for the great item, great service including feedback throughout the process and speedy delivery time! I will surely continue to use coolthings.com.au and I always know where to find backwards clocks now (which I have been looking for for quite a while)!
