Prepare for blast off with this NASA Water Rokit Kit, teaching you about the laws of motion!

It might not get you to the moon and back, but it will certainly soar up to heights of 30 metres when fuelled effectively.

Simply attach you Rokit to a soda bottle, part fill it with water, then use a standard cycle pump to power it for automatic launch (not included).

Decorate your bottle with official NASA stickers to set the scene, as you prepare your rocket to take off on an educational space mission!

Your kit has been designed with repeatability in mind using water and compressed air to create thrust.

It's wonderful outdoor fun for families (you may get wet)!

Your kit includes:

  • 3 fins, a bottle screw collar and a collar O-ring
  • A rubber nozzle and a pressure tube with fittings
  • NASA Core Mission Patch Stickers and assembly instructions

You will also require:

  • A doft drink bottle (0.5 litre, 1L or 1.5L are all fine), a universal hand pump and water.

Tip: Choose a large outdoor space such as an oval or football field (at least 40m) to perform your experiments.

For outdoor use only, adult supervision required.
