All you need to do is peel off the stickers from their transparent sheet and then apply to clean and dry fingernails. Next, place the tattoo face down onto clean, dry skin, ensuring that the cuticle tattoo is in line with the nail sticker. Gently wet the tattoo and peel off the paper backing after 30 seconds.
