Wrong. With its name meaning 'lizard fish', the Ichthyosaurus was discovered in 1811 in southern England by a 12 year old girl. And soon the Germans discovered several more complete and well preserved skeletons of this exciting Ichthyosauridae.

With up to a metre long cranium fitted with cone shaped teeth which were sometimes curved, the Ichthyosaurus fed on fish and cephalopods. And now he's back, ready to be discovered by you!
