Just the Coolest! on 23 December 2010

Well, I am impressed, my parcel was here 2nd day after ordering Cool...well packaged with a couple of extra little "Cool things" as well..."2 Cool"...also a free gift..."Cool again", everything was in perfect condition and I await the response from the recipients Xmas Day...as for the USB Mug Warmer, well I have decided that was far too cool to give away, so I have treated myself to that, no doubt though I will be back to buy more when it is spotted..."Extra Cool"I had asked a question and that had been answered also on my invoice receipt...you guessed it, these guys are "SuperCool" in all they do and they use good old fashioned great customer service which is lacking in most online stores, their attention to the smallest detail was much appreciated and with all this coolness my experience with "Cool Things" was Smoking...You Guys Are HOT!!! It is not the last you have heard of me, I will return and so will my friends, Thanks for a great experience. Thank you Denise.

Well I must say you have a convert I certainly will be perusing your web site regularly. Not only were the fluffy dice very cool but your attitude to your customers is respectful. You get back to their queries and rectify issues with the customers quickly and to their benefit. Its been a great experience.

The puzzle cutters are the best things I've ever bought for mealtime. I have a veryfickle toddler and when I suggest puzzle toast" he's all for it. In fact I can'tserve up normal toast anymore. These should be in the bags you get upon leavinghospital under the title of "how to survive toddler feeding times". Love it!"
