Thank you again. :-) I only very recently found out about this amazing website and I have already ordered 2 times in that short time. I bought a Fincredibles Electronic Pet Fish for my sister, (for Christmas) and then bought another one for my mum. (also for Christmas) On both occasions the delivery was very fast and the items were packaged nice and safe. And I was kept up to date with the progress of the delivery. Awesome service... I made an enquiry regarding a product that was out of stock. Natasha contacted me straight away and let me know when it would roughly be expected, and offered to call me. Sure enough, the time came and she remembered to call... I was too flat chat to call back, but had a reminder email a few days after the call... I confirmed the order straight after the email, and was given the link to pay... How awesome is that... Talk about great follow up and a transaction that was so smooth... 2nd time I have purchased from the company, and will always recommend... Great job Natasha!!!!

This review is a couple of years late, but after doing another Christmas order, I have made myself find time to do it! EVERYTHING about Cool Things is amazing. The range is out of this world, the customer service is spot on, and the efficiency of the site makes ordering a breeze. BUT, the best and my most favourite thing about Cool Things, is their sense of humour - what more can I say?? If you want to find something different, at a great price, and with as little effort as possible, look no further than Cool Things. LOVE IT!

The ordering process was easy, I was notified of the items that were going to delay my delivery, and when I requested for separate shipping I was not charged for two deliveries. I would definitely use this site again - although I would like to see more items for younger kids.

For orders under 500g the postage will be $29.95 For orders over 500g - 2kg the postage will be $39.95. For orders 2kg or more the postage will be $64.95.
