What a great, useful, site and super fantastic service too!! I was stumped as to what to get this year for Secret Santa. I googled and found this site straight away. The shop by price option helped me to keep to the agreed gift cost. I was kept regularly updated with my order by email and the team went that extra mile to ensure my order could be processed in time for when I needed it! (I'd left it until the last minute to organise my gift :-S) I really appreciated the personal touch to the emails I got - canned/templated emails can be so boring when they're not really needed to answer a customer's query - i didn't have that experience with coolthings.com.au though - this really made me feel valued as an online customer! Will definitely be using this site again, not only for next year's Secret Santa but also for when I'm stumped again as to what fun and wacky gift to get for someone. I've already saved the site to my favourites on my laptop, desktop PC, and iPad!!! I just love the flashing dog collars! I bought 3 for my standard poodles as they tend to "disappear"at night on our 2 1/2 acre property. Now I know exactly where they are!!!!!
