Kids loved the stress ball, they both haven't put it down since they got it. Definitely a wonderful sensory tool for Autism, the invoice was sent straight to the provider which is amazing for me. Bought this for one of my twin 6 yr old grandsons. He is totally obsessed with marbles and the solar system. Knows their names, sizes, moons, distances from sun and composition. He 'is over the moon' with his new addition of everything planets! Thank you for this unique cool gift for him!

I ordered both a colour change stress ball and the crystal ball weather station a week ago. It turned up today which was quicker then I had expected. It’s an awesome buy, it’s settling in my room as per the instructions, but I love it. Oh and the cute little stretchy squishy man bonus put a smile on my face. Thanks to the team at cool things again.

Hi just seriously wanted to say thank you soooo much, the puzzles I ordered I think LESS than 24 hours ago have arrived!!! I have just had quite a horrible experience with another company, and was completely shocked my the amazing emails updating me on the progress of my shipment (with a photo I might add) and then my parcel arrived!!! I understand people and companies are under a lot of pressure at the moment but to have had a seamless experience with your company speaks volumes. I did choose express shipping but I didn’t think it would arrive this quickly and I was so pleased with the customer service and how I’ve been treated. So thank you to your team, for the amazing communication and experience. Can’t recommend you enough, and I’m currently sitting with my cup of tea about to start a puzzle!

Bought this to use as a bookend for my hardcover illustrated books and it fits the bill perfectly. It’s so detailed, and is a perfect addition to my growing Harry Potter Pop! collection. I also got a Mad Hatter mug as I’ve regretted not buying the one I saw in Tokyo Disney last year - it’s a great size, perfect for large cups of tea or hot chocolate over winter. The items were shipped very quickly (love the photo of the package included in the shipping confirmation), and were packaged very well to ensure they arrived unscathed. I’m very happy with my purchases and the service from Cool Things and would definitely shop here again.
