I ordered a jigsaw puzzle back in August which was on back order. The Team at Coolthings were great with keeping me informed of the status of my order and delivery. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my original selection, however, I was given alternative options which was much appreciated. My jigsaw puzzle arrived today. Jigsaw Puzzle Delay Alternative Offered on 30 September 2020

Can I just say how pleasantly surprised I was with the service received. In recent times I have become accustomed to receiving rather mediocre service from online sellers, however the call I received from Cool Things team was a massive improvement. Basically I ordered a jigsaw puzzle and after waiting for it to be delivered for some time I was informed that the order would not be fulfilled due to a supply shortage. In the same breath I was offered an alternative which didn't quite work for me so I proposed another option which they accepted and fulfilled immediately. Within the week my new jigsaw puzzle has arrived and my household is totally stoked!!! Well done Cool Things you guys rock!

I just received my Antarctica themed music box in the mail, which I purchased as a gift for my beautiful newborn niece. The package arrived exactly when it was due and a lot if care had been taken into the packaging. This product is perfect! We also received a free sticky smiley face man with our order which was so sweet! We will definitely shop with you again in the future!

Hi Tammy, Thankyou so much for your feedback, I appreciate you taking the time to send it in. We always walk a fine line with packaging, too little packaging and product boxes can get damaged in transit. When items are given as gifts if the external box is damaged sometimes that gives the recipient a negative feeling about what's inside the box. You might be pleased to know that our packaging foam is biodegradable, you can actually put in your compost bin and it will biodegrade. We also always try to use recycled boxes to ship in too, the box you would have received started its life as a box that had electrical meters in it. Hope that gives you a bit more info on the way we do our bit for the environment. :-) Peter.

Smooshes jumbo Neon Ball on 2 September 2020

I wanted to buy two of the Smooshes jumbo balls but when I ordered online I had only ordered 1 and I wanted a specific colour so I sent a message to cool things Australia, they emailed me back to check how many balls I actually wanted and then sent me details so I could pay for the extra ball. Customer Service was amazing and I got my order a few days later and I got the colour balls I had requested. I have to say this is an awesome company and would highly recommend buying from them, I will be a returning customer.
