Purchased via eBay and was a little surprised to find myself subsequently on a mailing list, but have to say that it was like being welcomed into a little geek fam lol Comms and shipping were perfect, arrived v quickly. Delivery was v securely packed and even came with a cute little freebie!

I found Coolthings site via Google search while looking for a little something extra for my 2 little grandkids for Christmas. And I found just what I was looking for and had not seen anywhere else on line. I know the girls will love these cute little wind up toys. The communication and email contact is excellent at Coolthings. I had a problem with paying via bank deposit for my order and emailed them for help and got a very quick reply and advice. I have purchased a few items from cool things for my father who is battling cancer. He is loving building, keeping his mind busy, whilst maintaining his hand and eye coordination. It is GREAT for his mental simulation and provides great conversation at the table when he is showing off his achievements. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Cool Word on 21 November 2019

When we were young we used language filler/pause words such as "um and ah" and descriptive words such as "great and beaut". These are now replaced by young people with filler/pause words such as "like and you know" and descriptive words such as "crazy and cool". Cool is a great descriptive word and when included as part of your business name, "Coolthings", accurately describes your business policy, "providing cool and fun items for all ages and moments". Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was quite fast too. However the batteries in one poi see to be temperamental and not connecting properly so the battery case has to be unscrewed with a small screwdriver each time I use them, wiggled around and sealed back up. I shall try it a couple more times but it's not convenient. Otherwise very good
