Ordered 2 mugs but only one arrived. When I rang to query the response could not have been better. I strongly believe that quality of an organisation should be judged by their response to problems and CoolThings have excelled. The second mug arrived today. Well done CoolThings.

It is never too late to be cool!

I have been buying cool stuff for my kids and grandkids for years but this year have finally bought myself some things. I am a big kid at heart and love watching my Tardis appear and disappear on my Tardis mug. And everyone knows it is hands off, because it is mine!

Love it!

From the moment I pour the hot water in the mug, the tardis starts to disappear and reappear on the other side of it! Its awesome!

Doctor Who Mug

Was given mug as gift originally by infant son who with myself is avid Dr Who fan. Unfortunately it was damaged in washing and I was unable to source a replacement until I did a web search which directed me to Coolthings. From there it was all things go. From ordering to delivery everything was swift and went as stated and now we treat our Tardis mug with a lot more care, In future perhaps a warning that theses types of goods may be susceptible to heat, but otherwise I shall certainly use coolthings again in future..
