The clock is one of the oldest human inventions used to measure intervals of time shorter than natural units such as the day, lunar month and year!
The Pendulum clock in particular was the most accurate method of time-keeping for nearly 300 years until the invention of the Quartz clock in 1927.
Now it's time for you to explore the properties of pendulums and clocks first-hand with this nifty time-piece! Perfect for the budding scientist, this Pendulum clock is simple and quick to assemble, with no tools required!
A perfect gift to stimulate the mind and curiosity of any child, this brightly coloured- clock will teach your kids how gears, cogs and time work!
Parts include the pendulum, gears, springs, bells and buttons! Everything you need to build your very own clock in 10 to 15 minutes!
Wind it up and enjoy your Construct-a-Clock on your bedroom wall. The cogs will turn and tick away, no batteries required!
Runs for over 8 hours with one winding, then wind it up and reset the time or deconstruct it and build it again!
