There's no better way to learn about important physical science principles than by cooking up delicious candies and chocolates in your own home. So prepare yourself for a sugar high as you discover why sugar crystallises as you make rock candy, and come to understand heat and temperature changes as you mould some scrumptious chocolates. With 25 experiments to take on, you will gain experience making gummy candies, chocolate shapes and rock candy with the special tools included. Finish them off professionally as gifts with the included foils, paper cups, sticks and wrappers!
