Step aside ordinary remote controlled cars, the appRacer takes your RC addiction to a whole new level, using the accelerometer in your iPod or iPhone you can tilt left or right and get the most ultimate in driving experiences.

You simply plug the bug¨« into the headphone socket which suctions on neatly and hides under your iPod or iPhone then download the appRacer app (for free) from the appstore and you are ready to go.

The app has two honking modes for you to choose from:

Mode 1: Tilt to drive mode
This cool mode uses the accelerometer in your iDevice to drive your Racer, by simply tilting left and right you have total control of the racers motion.

Mode 2: Traditional mode
Wanna race your car in a more traditional way then this mode is for you. You get access to the familiar D pad controller directly on your iPod or iPhone's screen for accurate control of your race car.

So what powers this cool car? Everything to get you up and appRacing is included in the pack, rechargeable batteries come preloaded and to charge them you simply use the (also included) USB cable. Plug one end into the car and the other into any USB port (like on your PC or Mac) and hey presto the car will charge up giving you a total race time of around 25 to 30 minutes.
