I have purchased a number of gifts through Coolthings Australia, and they have not let me down. Even with the previous mishap of receiving the incorrect order the customer service was outstanding. The lady who I had spoke to rectified the issue efficiently, and in the most kindest way possible. I cannot say a bad thing about the products and their customer service.
