Unique Fairy Ballerina Lamp on 19 February 2023

We were looking for a Christmas gift for our niece who loves fairy's and ballerinas but is at that inbetween age between child and tween. Turning 8. But going on 12. What to get? So we googled Christmas Gifts for an eight year old and came upon the perfect Duski Dream Light LED fairy ballerina from Cool Things that was a decor piece for her cool room as well as a beautiful fairy ballerina light. It looked perfect. It Changed into 12 colours and had a remote control , a timer and a dimmer with 4 settings. A fun toy as well as a functional lamp. Time was running out as Christmas was around the corner and we were pleasantly surprised at how fast the lamp was delivered to us. Our niece absolutely loved it. I experienced the great customer service from Paris at Cool Things when the lamp stopped working a couple of months after and we received a replacement base a couple of days after contacting Cool Things. I can't speak more highly of the company and would definetely shop there again.

I was getting a bit desperate as time was getting away from me. My Grand daughters birthday was just around the corner. I jumped onto CoolThings Australia. they have a very good selection of cool things for pressies. The butterfly pencil case and the butterfly crossbody bag were just two of the best, not to mention my favourite Mouse and Cheese. A very friendly and professional site run by dare I say it, Cool people. I felt good shopping here

I purchased a delicate music box from Cool Things and,like previous orders,it arrived quickly and in perfect shape for onforwarding,as it was a gift for a family member.When they say express delivery it's exactly that.From Tasmania to Victoria. in 2 days.Going shopping online at Cool Things reminds me a little of when i was a child with the anticipation of what i would find under the Xmas tree.The curiosity has always been rewarded with new and appealing items when one is looking to specialize for a gift for someone else,and they personalize your experience to no end.Perfect for me

I've loved putting this together over the last few days. A great way to unwind and destress. I've do a page or two of assembly and put it away and come back to it and keep going without getting lost. The instructions are clear and the QR CODE link to the assembly helps sort out any issues as well.

Maybe nag your customers less on 1 December 2022

Having bought this kit as a gift, it has not been opened yet. That hasn't stopped Cool Things making two requests for a review. I do wish online stores would understand that making a purchase does not mean I want to be best friends, nor leave a review two days after I receive the package. I guess shipping was reasonable, although not particularly quick in this instance. I absolutely hate the popup on the site that informs me what other people have just bought. I could not care less that someone in Meadowbank bought a Beaker Mug, and can't imagine why I would. I know it is supposed to give me a sense of urgency to hurry up and buy before all of the good stuff is gone but, honestly, it is just annoying.

Placing my order was easy, delivery fast and products of high standard with a complimentary cute little smiley stretch toy on top when I opened the box. It`s the little things!
