Far Too Much Packaging on 4 August 2024

I ordered a couple of sets of postcards via this site and the two sets (which were already packed into boxed by their brands) came wrapped in plastic, inside of a box filled with packing peanuts. While I appreciated the care that went into ensuring that the product was not damaged, I concern that this was not necessary and CoolThings could endeavour for more environmentally conscious practices. Simply wrapping the item in tissue paper and a mailing slip would have sufficed as the postcards were perfectly sturdy.

Metal Earth models on 4 May 2024

Recently I bought two metal models from CoolThings Australia as a birthday present for my teenage nephew. One was the Red Baron’s Triplane, and the other was the 1908 Ford Model T. My nephew loved putting the models together, and there was no soldering required. I was impressed at how quickly my purchase arrived with plenty of time to wrap and give the present. Thanks CoolThings Australia for the huge variety of goods on offer, and I particularly like the detailed descriptions of items so that one can make age-appropriate purchases.

I stumbled across your site & thrilled to find the set of Doctor Who Coasters which I purchased for my wife's Christmas present. A real Doctor Whovian. Extremely impressed with 1. Quality of the coasters not to mention the price - good value. 2. Delivery time. 3. Gift wrapped as requested. Not overly happy though with the way my message to her was done. My belief was that it would be written on a ?Gift Card or similar but was typed in small font on sheet of paper. A bit disappointing. However, overall great product, great price and arrived as expected. Will probably return as customer.

Wrong Address! on 7 January 2024

I’m sure the product is going to be good however as the company sent it to the wrong address, my grandson missed out on Christmas Day!! They did send a similar product ASAP but that didn’t arrive until well after Christmas. I realise there is always a chance of human error but it was very disappointing.

Purchased the Tardis notebook and Tardis squeeze toy. They look exactly like shown on the website. The notebook is a good size and is quite sturdy, and definitely does not feel like the cheap notebooks you can get sometimes. The squeeze toy is also of excellent quality. The customer service was second to none. Communication was easy and timely. The items were delivered quickly, even though it was only days before Christmas. I will be buying from Cool Things again in the future!
