Packaging failure but otherwise fine on 7 December 2018

I liked the wide choice of interesting gifts on the site. My delivery was reasonably timely, however, in their (admirable) enthusiasm for the environment, CoolThings packed my order in a box that had already been used far too many times and was not strong enough to protect the contents from damage. I had to request replacements for two items, which of course is a hassle. HOWEVER CoolThings were good to deal with in sorting this out. Can't comment on quality of items as they are to be gifts for others.

Very happy with my experience at coolthings.com.au! The website is full of awesome gifts, perfect for stocking stuffers at Christmas time too. I decided to give my kids the gifts early and they have been playing with them for hours. Checkout was super easy through the website, and they even shipped my order that day! I received it the next day. Amazing customer service!!! So happy I stumbled across this site.

Making tornados for tweens on 26 November 2018

We recently purchased some vortex valves so we could make tornados In a bottle with our kids. We had so much fun with them! Thanks cool things for making it a fantastic and easy transaction. Looking for some fun things for Xmas for my boys and my brother. Cool things did NOT disappoint! Found the perfect gifts and they were sent out quickly. I got an email with a photo even telling me what box to look out for...it was an “ugly box “ aka a recycled box. Stuff came well packed with the corn starch packing peanuts. I would totally recommend cool things!
