The racing MotoNova Flywheel is a hands-on lesson about how kinetic energy is used to power a super cool mechanical flywheel!

Children can learn how their very own flywheel stores rotational energy during each revolution, and generates lasting power through inertial motion when released!

It's a fantastic educational STEM toy, and by putting it together on your own, you will better understand the inner workings of the transparent gearbox.

Watch the internal mechanisms work while your're playing! Will it remain stable as it rolls through different obstacles you put in its path?

To get it rolling, hold the sides of your MotoNova and push it forward. Lift it up and repeast 5-6 times to begin building up and storing kinetic energy.

The faster the rotational speed, the better the stability. Let it go and see how far it can go! Can you keep it racing forward up to 15 metres away?

My 10yr old received this for Christmas and built it with the assistance of his father. It was built correctly but does not work. The pull back cannot build up enough friction to move forward resulting in it just falling over. Very disappointed young boy.
