This 3D model kit is perfect for budding engineers! Now you can build your very own working hydraulic arm in about an hour, made from sturdy die-cut plywood with an MDF base!

Your Robotic Arm is designed to grab and move things from one place to another so it moves 90 degrees from side to side as well as up and down. You can even remove the gripper for further experimentation!

It's a great way to strengthen fine motor skills, as well as promoting enquiry-based hands-on learning. Learn about science, math, technology and engineering, and how they are applied in the real world.

Powered by water, your Hydraulic Arm contains 66 pieces including all the tubing, syringes and glue you need to operate your machine. You will however, need to use a ruler and scissors from home.

So now you will be able to grasp, lift, move and place items by pushing water through the syringes to power your machine. Just like other robotic arms used widely in the manufacturing industry!

Recommended for ages 8 and up. Includes easy to follow instructions with great illustrations!
