She was well mannered, and sheunderstood and addressed my concerns (pity I forgot your name, great service yougave!!). I specified one of the wrapping instructions wrong, and your team still managedto work out how I wanted it wrapped! I'm glad you don't have monkeys workingthere!! Excellent work! I ordered my items and within 22 hours (delivery to NSW) you gotit to me all gift wrapped and it made my friends graduation!!! I'd give your service and products a 15 out of 10 if I could! Thanks for getting these presents out so soon. By comparison, I ordered some other gifts for family in the UK from a UK-basedcompany, and after 2 weeks, due to various items not being in stock, the deliveryhas still not been dispatched. Coolthings have not let me down the two times that i have used them, and it is agreat way for me to send presents to my nieces/nephews in Australia without havingto pay the ridiculously high postage from the UK. Hi there, I bought one of the mini torches that go on your ear for hubby and he uses iteveryday in his work as an electrician. In fact it is so good that I bought another for myself which is handy when I amdoing my university studies of a night to rid myself of pesky shadows!
