This review is a couple of years late, but after doing another Christmas order, I have made myself find time to do it! EVERYTHING about Cool Things is amazing. The range is out of this world, the customer service is spot on, and the efficiency of the site makes ordering a breeze. BUT, the best and my most favourite thing about Cool Things, is their sense of humour - what more can I say?? If you want to find something different, at a great price, and with as little effort as possible, look no further than Cool Things. LOVE IT!

The ordering process was easy, I was notified of the items that were going to delay my delivery, and when I requested for separate shipping I was not charged for two deliveries. I would definitely use this site again - although I would like to see more items for younger kids.

What a great, useful, site and super fantastic service too!! I was stumped as to what to get this year for Secret Santa. I googled and found this site straight away. The shop by price option helped me to keep to the agreed gift cost. I was kept regularly updated with my order by email and the team went that extra mile to ensure my order could be processed in time for when I needed it! (I'd left it until the last minute to organise my gift :-S) I really appreciated the personal touch to the emails I got - canned/templated emails can be so boring when they're not really needed to answer a customer's query - i didn't have that experience with coolthings.com.au though - this really made me feel valued as an online customer! Will definitely be using this site again, not only for next year's Secret Santa but also for when I'm stumped again as to what fun and wacky gift to get for someone. I've already saved the site to my favourites on my laptop, desktop PC, and iPad!!!
