Very efficient service and good quality product. Ordered just before Christmas and it came a week before Christmas. I used express postage for peace of mind. The wooden music box was safely protected in its packaging. I will be purchasing from CoolThings Australia again. Thank you

Great item, great wrapping, just unlucky that the tip of the Eiffel Tower was broken off, nothing a little glue didn’t fix. Would gladly deal with cool things again!
