Thanks for replying to our email Lesley, I'm glad we worked out that in this case the product was at fault and we were able to organise your refund. This was the first faulty unit from Silverlit we've had as they produce high quality products. As with all electronic items though sometimes you do get a faulty one. I'm happy we were able to sort this out for you.
