Parasaurolophus Excavation Kit
Excavate a museum quality replica of a Parasaurolophus with this fantastic Excavation Kit!
The Parasaurolophus was characterised by a long tubular crest from its head which was hollow inside and produced sounds similar to those produced by a trombone. Maybe these dinosaurs produced cries to communicate amongst themselves, or perhaps the crests were used to distinguish between the males and females - glad we don't have those!
Now it's your turn to uncover, investigate and assemble a fossil of the fascinating dinosaur yourself!
Containing a thick plaster block from which you can excavate 13 different bones of a Parasaurolophus, this kit comes complete with a sturdy digging tool and miniature hammer to get the job done.
Uncover the bones like a real palaeontologist and follow the pictures to assemble your dinosaur to keep on display for all your friends and family to admire!
Recommended for ages 6 and up.
Model measures 31cm in length when assembled.
Other designs available in the Excavation Kit range are Tyrannosaurus, Stygimoloch, Triceratops, Velociraptor, Mosasaurus, Ichthyosaurus, Neanderthal and Stegosaurus!
