1. Unscrew the cap on the back of the nose and fill with the shower gel provided (you can also use other brands).
2. Replace the cap and screw back into place.
3. Attach the nose to a smooth surface using the suction caps provided.
4. Squeeze or press the nose and hold your hand under the right nostril when shower gel is required.
Please read the directions on the shower gel bottle.
We recommend you clean the nose out each time the shower gel runs out. Do this by flushing out with warm water.
