Warranty Claim

With regards to your handling of my warranty claim, I was pleasantly surprisedas to how well the matter was handled. At the time of purchasing the Micro Racers,warranty was a concern as the Micro Racers were not sold from a dedicated outletand there was no warranty form to complete (and they were not cheap!), so I was abit hesitant to buy in this regard. However, now that I have had dealings withCool Things, I have peace of mind about buying your products and will keep an eyeon your product offerings, and it is quite likely that I will provide you with mybusiness in the future.Of course, my word of mouth about Cool Things will bepositive too!
