YES, We hate spam just as much as you.

The Official Australian Spam Act came into force on April 11th 2004 and although this law is aimed at major offenders, it affects all Australian businesses and organisations who send email. Emails sent by CoolThings Australia

Emails sent from CoolThings are always opt-in, HTML emails. They never have attachments. You will receive them if:

- You've placed an order with us and we are updating you in regards to that order.
- You've given consent by subscribing to a newsletter, or
- You've given consent in another manner (eg discussion with CoolThings Team staff)
- You have a business relationship with CoolThings

Viruses and Emails that look like they come from CoolThings Australia

Many viruses and some spammers spoof email addresses.

If you've received a virus message that has our address as the sender, that does not mean that the virus came from us. It could have come from anyone who has looked at our pages and who also has your email address somewhere on their computer. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you.

We never send emails with attachments. If you receive an email claiming to be from CoolThings with an attachment, please delete it without opening it.

We understand and make it easy for you to "say no", simply click the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the email or simply click reply and let us know you don't want to receive any more emails
