I have to mention that having access to PayPal was something that I always look for in a site. I feel a little more secure only having to use this option rather than having to give my card details to another site. There is the extra insurance that my details are already secure with PayPal.

After I placed my order, I contacted your representative and she pulled up my order without me even giving the order number! She was well mannered, and she understood and addressed my concerns (pity I forgot your name, great service you gave!!).

All went well with the light swords; we used them as spotters in a Live Auction we organised for a charity event. They were such a hit that the volunteer spotters didn't return most of them!!! They were taken home for their children!

With regards to your handling of my warranty claim, I was pleasantly surprised as to how well the matter was handled. At the time of purchasing the Micro Racers, warranty was a concern as the Micro Racers were not sold from a dedicated outlet and there was no warranty form to complete (and they were not cheap!), so I was a bit hesitant to buy in this regard.
