How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

Redeeming a gift certificate is easy, just follow the steps below.

If you're a first time shopper and not sure about this whole online shopping thing then take a look at our Video demonstration at the bottom of this page which will guide you though redeeming your Gift Voucher Code.

1. Create an account for yourself here: https://www.coolthings.com.au/user/register
2. After registering with your email address check your email client for your password and logon here: https://www.coolthings.com.au/user
3. After logging in click the Gift Certificates Tab and enter in your Certificate code.
4. Click the green Redeem button and your gift certificate amount will be added to your account
5. Now you can add items to your shopping cart
6. On the checkout page above the payment section just tick the box Use Credit
7. If the value of your credit is more than the value of your order, you are all done and you can go to the next step of Review Order.
8. If you don't have enough credit you will need to enter in an additional payment method for your order to proceed
9. The last step is to review your order and click Submit order
10. We'll then get your order out to you
