Ordering Cool Things

I've seen something I want, so how do I order it?
Easy, you can place your order over the internet 24 hours a day, by using our secure easy 3 step shopping trolley system, or if you would prefer you can phone us on 03 6334 4022 during business hours and one of our friendly staff will be happy to take a phone order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners and AMEX. We also accept electronic bank transfers, cheques and money orders however, funds from these forms of payment must be cleared before your order is sent out to you. Also, if you are visiting our shop in Launceston, Tasmania and would like to pick up your order, we will also accept cash payment.

Our shipping costs start from a low $6.95 for standard packages delivered Australia wide that are under 500 grams. Our shipping costs options table is listed below for you:

Silver - Standard Australia Wide (delivery 4 to 10 business days)	Gold - Express Australia Wide (delivery 1 to 2 business days)
