The BamZ Interactive Innersoles are unique because they have a pressure activated switch which conserves your battery power. Normal flashing shoes on the other hand, have a trembler switch activated by movement.

Batteries are included, and each inner uses 3 AG13/LR44 batteries that can be replaced easily. It is also easy to swap your BamZ to different shoes!
