Simply tie off one end, blow up until they're firm (about 9 to 12 puffs), tie off the other end and get ready for some huge fun.

Balloon Bags are over 2 metres long and sail for super long distances. You can bounce them, wave them, or smack your friends and coworkers with them cos' they won't hurt.
